100L-3000L Water tank blow molding machine

We have been making heavy-duty machines to manufacture large water tanks for agricultural, industrial as well as for civilian use for over 15 years.
Water tank shape can be rectangular, square or round, horizontal or vertical. Three-layer is the most widely used water tank, with inner layer of virgin material, middle layer mostly made with recycled material layer to save cost; regrind layer, adhesive layer or EVOH layer and outer layer with virgin material mixed with color batch and UV-stabilized material to prevent degradation from sunlight exposure as well as extreme bad weather.
Machine can also be constructed to make heavy-duty water tanks with single layer, double-layer, three-layer or even more, to suit multiple applications including rainwater collection, domestic or commercial water storage, arable, dairy etc., according to customers request.
With diagonal double tie-bar center clamping bi-directional synchronous high precision linear guideway clamping device, our machine produces rigid large water with high strength and better chemical resistance.
The adoption of inverter and special steel center-feeding die head makes it possible to produce a 200L tank (with 2mm wall thickness) in 3 minutes, and a 3000L water tank (with 5mm wall thickness) in 12 minutes.

IBC blow molding machine

IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container), since its first appearance in the world in 1974 it has become global popularity of liquid packaging container. IBC is most suitable for various types of liquids, viscous materials and powder compounds filling. Nowadays IBC is widely used in chemical, food, medicines, oils and other products transportation.

With a diagonal double tie-bar center clamping bi-directional synchronous and high precision linear guideway clamping system, our machine produces rigid IBC containers with high strength and better chemical resistance. The IBC produced with our machine can dress up to 2.2 specific gravity liquid and suitable for Class II and Class III hazardous chemicals, packaging, transport and storage.

Furthermore, with our energy-saving and high-yield machines, container weight can be as light as 11KGs and production rate can reach 70 seconds/piece.
